How much does the point cloud cost?
The point cloud is part of the digital twin offer, priced in a tailored proposal. What mainly affects the price is the floor area, the number of buildings and levels, and the deliverables chosen. Each agency in the network sets its own prices freely.

What is a point cloud?
It's the raw output of the LiDAR scan: millions of measured points reproducing the geometry of your building with centimetre-level accuracy.

How accurate is the survey?
The survey is carried out with a Matterport 360° camera fitted with a LiDAR sensor. It offers centimetre-level accuracy, with a scan point every 1 to 3 m across the whole site.

In which format do you receive the point cloud?
In e57, an open format read by survey and BIM software. Your contact confirms the format your design office needs when the survey is scoped.

Does the point cloud replace the BIM model?
It comes first. The point cloud is the survey; the BIM model is the model the design office builds from it, with its plans, sections and elevations. You choose the deliverables your projects need.

Do we need to clear the premises during the scan?
No. The technician surveys the site in a single visit, without moving anything. The time on site depends on the floor area and the number of spaces: it is confirmed before the visit.

What's the delivery time?
The 360° tour arrives within 48 business hours. The point cloud, the BIM model (IFC and RVT) and the plans (DWG and PDF) follow within 1 to 4 weeks, depending on floor area and level of detail.
