We make accessible…

Any place, whatever your circumstances.

Someone with reduced mobility, a family living on the other side of the world, a carer looking for a care home. Everyone can step inside the whole place, at any time of day. That is a great many journeys saved.

We make accessible…

Advanced technology at affordable prices.

360° capture, the 3D dollhouse view and high-definition photos were once reserved for large companies. We have industrialised them, with the same standards for a studio flat as for a grand hotel.

We make accessible…

Entrepreneurship, for everyone who dreamed of it.

Opening an agency takes start-up capital that few people have. easyVirtual.tours is one of the most affordable franchises in France, with equipment, training and support provided from day one.

More than words on a website, we also make strong, measurable commitments.

of CO2 avoided on average per virtual tour, across Matterport’s global base of tours.

1%. Not just a logo at the bottom of the page, but a percentage of what comes in, before we even talk about profit. 150 kg. Equivalent to 700 km by car. Source, the Matterport ESG report, calculated by the independent firm Minimum, with EPA equivalences.

    Toulouse

    Léo and Clément found Vizion

Two partners, a 360° camera and an agency devoted to a single trade, showing people round a place without them having to go there. Vizion opens in Toulouse and captures flat after flat, houses, shops and estates, with one idea in mind, making the technology accessible.

    The brand

A competition won, and Vizion becomes easy

The agency wins an entrepreneurship competition that puts it on easyGroup’s radar. Talks begin, with the same promise on both sides, taking a service reserved for the few and making it affordable. Vizion takes on the orange, the Cooper Black typeface and a new name, easyVirtual.tours.

At the same time, the business grows through content creators. Partnerships with the YouTubers Vodkprod and Rachel & Émilien introduce the 360° tour to audiences who had never come across one. The tour filmed at Rachel & Émilien’s home is still used as our flagship tour today.

    easy family

In the easy family, alongside Stelios

easyVirtual.tours officially becomes a member of the easy family of brands, alongside Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, founder of easyJet and easyGroup. Straight after, the team chooses not to grow alone. The trade is packaged, documented and taught. And the first intake of franchisees is recruited.

That same year, the network scans ‘Musée imaginaire d’Oli’ at the Abattoirs museum in Toulouse, the carte blanche given to the Toulouse rapper to curate the museum’s collections. Five months of exhibition, and a venue fully recorded in 360° before it came down.

  4. Early 2026

    The team

Head office grows to support the network

The Toulouse team doubles (network support, production, marketing, development) to back franchisees day to day. Hiring at head office before hiring franchisees is what makes sure no agency is left on its own after training.

  5. Late 2026

    The network

36 agencies, one convention a year

36 agencies cover France. Each one sets its own prices and runs its own area; all of them share the same equipment, the same platform and the same delivery standards. Once a year, the whole network gets together at a convention.

  6. 2027

    The trade

    BIM joins the network

With Régis, the network opens the Fabrique du Plan. Capture is no longer just for showing people round, it becomes building data. The dimensioned 2D floor plan extends into a BIM model that architects, engineering firms and property managers can work with.

  7. Tomorrow

    What we’re aiming for

Becoming Europe’s leading virtual tour network

The plan stays the same, only the scale changes. A local agency for every area, a price everyone can afford, an identical deliverable from Toulouse to Milan. France first, then the rest of the continent.

The perfect balance between technology and people

At a time when we are told the world will soon run without people, we are choosing the opposite. We push technology as far as it will go. But in front of it, there is always someone. The person who rings your doorbell, who knows your town because they work there and who remains your contact afterwards. We are, and will remain, a deeply human network.

And we build all of this from Toulouse

easyVirtual.tours was born in Toulouse in 2021, from a blank sheet of paper. The capture method, the process for delivery within 48 business hours, franchisee training, support, all of it was written here, tested in the field, then rolled out to the network.

easyVirtual.tours is a Toulouse company. We are proud of it, and we say so.

A member of the easy family of brands, run and developed from the Haute-Garonne.
