The 360° virtual tour in practice
8 questions
A real place photographed in 360° from several viewpoints, linked together into a route you follow in an ordinary web browser. You move from room to room, look in every direction and switch to the 3D dollhouse view to grasp the layout. None of it is computer-generated: it is the place exactly as it was on the day of the scan.
No. The tour opens in the browser, on a computer, tablet or phone, from a simple link. Your visitors install nothing and do not create an account.
Any place you can walk around (homes, hotels and restaurants, shops, offices, museums, schools, healthcare facilities, industrial sites, public buildings). The network has already delivered more than 2,000 tours all over France, from studio flats to sites covering several thousand square metres.
It does not replace it, it filters it. People who have already explored the place remotely only travel if it really suits them. You keep the viewings that matter and save yourself the others.
A video imposes its own route and pace. A virtual tour lets everyone move wherever they like, stop, go back and look in every direction. The 3D dollhouse view shows how the rooms connect at a glance. For a short format on social media, a vertical video is available as an option.

Prices, quotes and invoicing
5 questions
Each agency in the network is independent and sets its own prices freely. The amount depends on the floor area, the number of spaces to capture and the options you choose. It appears on the quote sent to you by the agency in your area, free and with no obligation.
Virtual tour pricingEvery tour includes on-site 360° capture, the 3D dollhouse view, HD photos and delivery within 48 business hours. Any options you choose are charged individually on top.
Two things. The floor area and the number of spaces to capture, which set the time spent on site. And the options you choose, from the dimensioned 2D floor plan to AI virtual staging. Every line appears on the quote.
easyVirtual.tours is a network of 36 independent agencies. Each one sets its own prices freely according to its area; the network imposes none. The price shown on the Pricing page is only a recommended starting point.
Describe your premises (type, floor area, town) on the contact page. Your request goes to the agency in your area, which replies within 24 business hours with a free quote and no obligation.

Process, timings and planning
6 questions
It all depends on the floor area and the number of spaces to capture: a studio flat is scanned far more quickly than a hotel. Your easyVirtual.tours agency confirms the duration before coming, when the appointment is booked. A single visit is enough.
Not necessarily. Someone needs to open up and give access to all the planned spaces. You can then stay or leave the easyVirtual.tours team to work alone, whichever suits you. While the photos are being taken, it is simply best to stay out of the camera's view.
Clear away clutter, open shutters and curtains, switch on every light and remove any personal items you do not want to appear online. Think about visible documents and screens too. On the technical side there is nothing to arrange: the easyVirtual.tours team brings its own equipment.
Within 48 business hours of the capture. The exact timing is stated in your agency's proposal.
Yes. The agency in your area is run by a franchisee with an exclusive territory, and it is the franchisee who comes to capture your premises. You have a single point of contact from quote to delivery, someone who knows the area and can come out quickly.
Yes, with the building merge option. Each building is captured and the tours are then linked, so you can move from one to another without leaving the route. Useful for a campus, an estate, a group of schools or an industrial site.

Equipment and capture
5 questions
A Matterport 360° camera fitted with a LiDAR sensor, mounted on a tripod and moved point by point through the space. The LiDAR measures the space with centimetre-level accuracy. The same visit produces the tour, the 3D dollhouse view and the HD photos. For a building survey, the LiDAR survey takes a scan point every 1 to 3 m. There is nothing for you to install or prepare on the technical side.
Yes. Switch on all the lights and keep windows and doorways clear. The easyVirtual.tours team adjusts its settings for the rest. A windowless room, a cellar or a basement can all be captured perfectly well.
No. The larger the area, the more viewpoints and time on site it takes. It is this volume that is assessed in the quote. A very large site can also be split into several linked tours.
Yes, in every agency in the network. Outdoor areas you can walk around (garden, terrace, courtyard, car park) are captured as a continuation of the indoor route. Mention them when you ask for a quote so they are allowed for in the time spent on site.
The simplest approach is to capture the premises with nobody there. If a face, a number plate, a document or a screen still appears, the blurring option makes it unreadable before the tour goes online.

What you receive
6 questions
A link to your online tour, with its 3D dollhouse view, HD photos of the premises and an embed code for your website. For a standard-sized project, everything arrives within 48 business hours of the capture. A more complex project may need longer, in which case the timing is stated in your proposal.
Dimensioned 2D floor plan, AI decluttering and virtual staging, points of interest and documents, accurate measurements, narrated guided tour, automatic guided tour, navigation menu, vertical video for social media, viewing statistics, Google publication, blurring and building merge. Each is ordered as an à la carte option. Password-protected access, for its part, comes with the service.
See all featuresYes, for all those based on the images already captured (points of interest and documents, AI virtual staging, navigation menu, statistics, blurring). No new visit is needed.
Yes. Renaming rooms, changing the order of the route, adding or removing points of interest and documents are all done remotely. If the place itself changes (building work, a new layout), a new capture is needed.
It is ordered as an à la carte option and is produced from the same visit as the tour. On-site 360° capture, the 3D dollhouse view and HD photos remain part of every tour.
See the featureA 3D model of the place seen from outside, like a doll's house with the roof lifted off. It shows the layout and how the rooms connect at a glance. One click takes you into the room you are interested in. It comes with every tour.

Sharing and tracking
7 questions
With the shareable link and the embed code delivered with the tour, pasted into your page like a video. It works with the usual CMSs (WordPress, Wix, Webflow) and the display adapts to mobile. Your visitors install nothing: the tour opens directly in the page.
Yes. Property listing portals provide a field for a virtual tour link in each listing. Just paste in the link you received on delivery.
Yes, with the Google publication option. The tour appears on your business's Google profile, where your customers are already looking for you.
See the featureThe link can be shared as it is by email, text message or any messaging app. Turned into a QR code, it can be printed on a shop window, a sign or a brochure and opens the tour from a phone.
The tour belongs to you, as do the HD photos, taken from the capture by your agency and handed over to promote your premises.
You decide. You can take it down, restrict it to a few people with password-protected access, which comes with the service, or keep it online as a reference.
See password-protected accessYes, with the viewing statistics option. You track the number of views and visitors, the devices used, the countries they come from and the most viewed points of interest.
