Work on your building as it really is with a BIM model
- Survey the existing building to the centimetre
- Receive it in IFC and RVT
- Open it in Revit, ArchiCAD or AutoCAD
What if your works started from a model accurate to the centimetre?
The BIM model of your building helps you design on accurate dimensions, have every contractor price on the same basis and keep a faithful record of the existing building. Here's how.
BIM model LOD 200
Commercial building Modelled from a centimetre-level survey
Download the model
Have the existing building modelled without moving anything
Original plans lost, partitions moved, extensions never redrawn? The technician scans the building in a single visit, with a scan point every 1 to 3 metres. The design office turns it into a model accurate to the centimetre, from LOD 200 to LOD 350 depending on the phase.
Give your architect and contractors the same basis
Without a reliable survey, everyone prices in their own safety margin. With the model, the architect designs and every contractor prices on the same dimensions. Discrepancies show up before works start and your budget holds.
Open the model in your own software
The model arrives in IFC and RVT, with its plans, sections and elevations in DWG and PDF at 1:100. Your design office opens it in Revit, ArchiCAD or AutoCAD and works directly on the existing building, without redrawing anything.

-
An in-house design office
The survey isn't handed over raw. The data captured on site is taken on by our design office, which builds the model and draws the plans. You have no software to open and no contractor to coordinate.
-
A franchisee based in your area
Each agency is run by a franchisee from the network, who comes to you, agrees the scope of the survey with you and remains your contact after delivery.
-
A single site visit
A technician comes once and scans the whole site without moving anything, for a duration confirmed before the appointment. The 360° tour arrives within 48 business hours, the model and plans within the lead time in your quote.

Still have questions about the BIM model?
Accuracy, formats, lead times and price: here's what to know before having your building modelled.
-
How much does the BIM model cost?
The BIM model is part of the digital twin offer, priced in a tailored proposal. What mainly affects the price is the floor area, the number of buildings and levels, and the deliverables chosen. Each agency in the network sets its own prices freely.
-
How accurate is the survey?
The survey is carried out with a Matterport 360° camera fitted with a LiDAR sensor. It offers centimetre-level accuracy, with a scan point every 1 to 3 m across the whole site.
-
What does the LOD 200 level of detail mean?
At LOD 200, each building element (walls, floors, openings, roof) is modelled with its shape, position and dimensions. It's the level you need to design and price works on an existing building. Depending on the project phase (concept, detailed design, tender), the model goes up to LOD 350 (higher on request).
-
In which formats do you receive the model?
In IFC and RVT, delivered together, with the plans, sections and elevations in DWG and PDF at 1:100. Your design office opens it in Revit, ArchiCAD or AutoCAD.
-
Do we need to clear the premises during the scan?
No. The technician surveys the site in a single visit, without moving anything. The time on site depends on the floor area and the number of spaces: it is confirmed before the visit.
-
What's the delivery time?
The 360° tour arrives within 48 business hours. The point cloud, the BIM model (IFC and RVT) and the plans (DWG and PDF) follow within 1 to 4 weeks, depending on floor area and level of detail.
-
How is it different from a virtual tour?
A virtual tour is explored in 360°. The BIM model is a measured 3D model that your design office opens in its software to design and price works.
