How much does a dimensioned 2D floor plan cost?
The price depends on your premises and the level of plan (floor area, number of floors, schematic plan or professional plans, options chosen). Tell us about your project and the agency in your area will send you a detailed proposal in which the tour, its deliverables and this option are clearly set out. Each agency in the network sets its own prices freely. Everything goes through the tailored proposal.

What's the difference between the schematic plan and professional plans?
The schematic plan is for presenting: one plan per floor, dimensions and room names, in PNG, PDF and SVG, delivered within 48 business hours. Professional plans are for designing and pricing: floor plans, sections, elevations and roof at 1:100, in DWG and PDF, produced from the building's digital model within 1 to 4 weeks depending on floor area and level of detail. Both come from the same scan.

Does producing the plans require another site visit?
No. The plans are taken from the scan already carried out: nobody comes back on site, whatever level you ask for. If your premises haven't been scanned yet, a single capture is enough to produce the virtual tour, the photos and the plans.

How accurate are the dimensions?
The dimensions come from a scan of the premises with a Matterport 360° camera fitted with a LiDAR sensor, with centimetre-level accuracy. That suits listings, project files and pricing works. For any legal or contractual use (boundary survey, regulatory floor area), have a surveyor carry out a measured survey: the plan does not replace it.

How soon are the plans delivered?
The schematic plan is delivered within 48 business hours. Professional plans (DWG and PDF) and the BIM model (IFC and RVT) take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on floor area and level of detail. For recurring or multi-site projects, a framework agreement can be set up.

In which formats are the plans delivered?
The schematic plan: PNG, PDF and SVG per floor, with the SVG editable by a designer. Professional plans: DWG and PDF at 1:100, usable by architects, design offices and tradespeople.

What if my project needs more than plans?
Professional plans come from the building's digital model. If your project needs the model itself (3D views, automatic quantities, a file that opens in architecture software), the BIM model offer is the one to look at.
