The building health record is an annual subscription, calculated according to the floor area of your estate. The survey, the model and the options are priced in a tailored proposal. Each agency in the network sets its own prices freely.

What does the building health record contain?
For each building: plans, quantities, documents, indicators and history, organised by site, building and level and linked to spaces and equipment, together with the site's BIM model and 360° tour.

What does the GEM option add?
The management, operations and maintenance (GEM) option structures the tracking of your work orders, contracts, budgets and technical documents, and helps you anticipate equipment replacements. It comes on top of the subscription and is optional.

What are the three levels of commitment?
Essential: knowledge and data about your estate. Operational: work orders and safety registers. Strategic: the property master plan and the multi-year investment plan.
