How much does programming a guided tour cost?
Every route is different. The price depends on your venue and what needs programming. Tell us about your project and the agency in your area will send you a detailed proposal in which the tour, its deliverables and this option are clearly set out. Each agency in the network sets its own prices freely. Everything goes through the tailored proposal.

Who chooses the route and the order of the spaces?
You do. Together we decide which spaces to show, their order and the angles to highlight, based on what you want to showcase first. Our experience of tours helps you build a route that holds attention.

Can visitors leave the automatic route?
Yes, at any time. A single gesture pauses the tour, the visitor explores freely, then picks up the guided tour again. The automatic route is an aid, never a constraint.

Can we add a voiceover or subtitles to the route?
Audio commentary and languages belong to the ‘narrated & multilingual tour’ feature, which can be combined with the guided tour. Together, they turn the route into a genuine narrated tour.

Can the tour start on its own on my website or on a screen?
Yes: autostart and looped playback are set in the tour's embed link. We set them up for you according to the medium (website, kiosk, screen). One caveat, though: on a web page, browsers block sound on autoplay, so the route then starts muted.

Can the route be changed after delivery?
Yes: the order, spaces and angles can be reprogrammed. The timing and any cost depend on the size of the change and your package.
