Context
A growing firm recruiting to keep up
Naka Conseil is an advisory and chartered accountancy firm based in Balma, in the Toulouse metropolitan area. It supports businesses with their growth, their structure and their overall performance. The firm has expanded rapidly: larger teams, new offices, a sharp increase in activity. The project started from a strong position, with modern offices designed for teamwork, but still invisible to candidates.
That growth came at a price: bringing several people on board in a short space of time, in a market where firms compete for the same talent. So Naka Conseil wanted to turn its offices into a draw, by showing them as they really are, before the first interview.
Recruiting fast, when a job ad is no longer enough
The firm had to attract candidates at a time of talent shortage, while letting them picture themselves in their future working environment. Three difficulties came together.
- Rapid growth in headcount: several people to bring on board in a short space of time.
- A highly competitive recruitment market: relying on a standard job ad was no longer enough to stand out.
- An employer brand to strengthen, without complicating or lengthening the candidate journey.
With two identical job descriptions, candidates choose the employer they can picture. They still needed the means to do so.
The solution
The offices become a selling point for recruitment
The project began with the firm’s needs: the profiles sought, the recruitment goals, the spaces that best capture life at the firm. Offices and open-plan areas, meeting rooms, shared spaces and service areas were then digitised. The route combines a presentation video, information points and a ‘Drop your CV’ button. Candidates discover the premises, then apply without leaving the tour.

Results
3,500 views, 30 applications and candidates who come back
Designed for the employer brand, the tour is judged on applications as much as on views. One candidate in three comes back to the tour. As for views, 59% arrive through a direct link, shared by the firm (notably to onboard new recruits) and by visitors themselves.

Conclusion
Candidates know what they are walking into
Three difficulties at the start, three answers at the end. Rapid growth in headcount found concrete support, with 30 applications coming in from the tour. In a competitive market, the firm stands out by showing its offices as they are, where a standard job ad stops at the job description. And the employer brand has been strengthened without making the candidate journey heavier, since candidates discover the premises and then drop their CV in the same place. The same tour then also helps onboard new recruits.
