Didier, more than 30 years in sales
Didier Colin spent more than 30 years in sales, across several industries. He began his career in office equipment, at Solution Bureautique, where he put together commercial offers for the sale of equipment and maintenance contracts while managing client relationships.
He then joined Traitements Applications Construction as regional manager, responsible for finding, organising, carrying out and delivering building projects, as well as recruiting and training a team of workers.
In 2002 he began his career at American Express. For 22 years his goal was clear: to grow acceptance of the brand’s cards in France, especially in food retail and franchise networks.
Lény, technical director
While Didier builds the business in Seine-et-Marne, Lény, his son and business partner, runs the technical side. Freshly graduated with a baccalauréat in management, this is the role in which he starts his working life.
Each of his projects begins by meeting the client to understand what they need. He then studies the request, taking into account the particular features of each space to be captured, whether it is a property, a shop or a cultural venue.
A father-and-son franchise
As father and son, Didier and Lény gain a lot from working together. Their partnership rests on a natural trust that makes communication and decision-making easier. Their skills complement each other: Didier’s experience and Lény’s fresh eye let them share out the responsibilities efficiently.
